- Unused API Credits: If you purchased API credits but have not used them, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Usage: If you’ve used part of your API credits, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the unused portion.
- Service Issues: For technical issues that prevent you from using the platform, contact us, and we will assess refund eligibility.
Please note, all refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds are processed through payment gateway, and it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.
